Models turbulent fluid flow through human airway geometry, then couples it with a Lagrangian particle-tracking approach to identify deposition patterns and deposition fractions within the geometry.

Flow simulation runs on ParMooN, a finite-element PDE solver, parallelised with OpenMP and accelerated on the GPU with CUDA.
